Nina Radetich

For almost two decades, Nina Radetich was one of the most recognizable local television anchors in Las Vegas on both the NBC and ABC evening broadcasts.  She covered several memorable stories in that time including a series on her experience as a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police recruit that won her an Edward R. Murrow award for journalistic excellence.  She also won an Emmy for a story that took viewers behind the crime scene tape at the first murder of the year.  But Nina’s main focus was the community.  She helped raise more than $500,000 for the Rape Crisis Center of Southern Nevada through her charity event, Nina’s Night Out.

From her post on the anchor desk, Nina recognized that local news consumption was changing.  More people were getting their news online and their headlines from Twitter.  And in her final years as a journalist, Nina immersed herself in this new media to learn how it’s reshaping business, political, and personal communication.

After getting married in 2010, and having her first child 9 months later, Nina realized it was time to make an important choice for her family.  So she left the TV news business to start her first company.

Today Nina works under the umbrella of Radetich Marketing + Media, helping small businesses solve the mystery of marketing.  Nina focuses on building digital marketing strategies that get results.

In her free time, she enjoys time with her husband, Jack, their son, Brady, and their two rescue mutts, Roxy and Cash.  Early mornings you’ll find her plugged into her favorite motivational podcast enjoying the great outdoors on a bike, hike or run.
